的 Instructional Learning Technology 毕业证书 program in the College of Education and Human Development provides students with the qualifications to become their schools’ technology leaders. Students will also gain the expertise to adapt technology to improve learning outcomes.
This graduate certificate program also features the option of earning Pennsylvania Department of Education certification as an Instructional Technology Specialist by completing additional state requirements. 这两种选择都能让学生做好准备

- know all your technology options, including assistive or augmentative tools;
- manage hardware and software use for a classroom/lab, building, district or school; and

- Instructional Learning Technology Certificate: Complete 12 credits (three core 课程s plus one elective).
- Instructional Technology Specialist 认证完成15学分, which include a practicum 课程 that provides 100 hours of hands-on experience.

You must complete four 课程s and one elective in order to earn this certificate. 的 elective allows you to focus your interest on PreK through grade 12 students or on college-age youth and adult learners. You can obtain state certification as an instructional technology specialist by completing the ILT: Practicum in Instructional Technology 课程—which includes a minimum of 100 hours of participation in sequential field experiences/practicum. Students who wish to be eligible for the Instructional Technology Specialist (K-12) certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education may need to complete additional 课程work in Special Education and English Language Learning to meet guidelines for all certifications.
